II.                 Preliminary Budget Planning for next fiscal year

III.              Acceptance of Painting bid.  Motion to take up to $27,000 from Painting Reserve Account 1705336856 for painting of the outside of Town Hall by Bonnet Painting and recommending same to the Board of Finance to recommend same to Town Meeting. Note that this amount is slightly higher than the bid of $25,500 to take into account any additional cost that may be necessary for unforeseen additional problems.

IV.              Recommendation to BOF re Frontier proposal.  Action expected.

V.                Adjournment
