Falls Village Community Earth Day Celebration

Falls Village, CT 06031
On Saturday, April 18th from 10 am to 12 pm the David M. Hunt Library will partner with the Falls Village Recreation Commission and the Village Gardeners for a Community Earth Day Celebration. Volunteers will pick up trash around town (bags and gloves will be provided) and the Village Gardeners are looking for help with spring cleanup of the library and town gardens. Garden volunteers should bring tarps, gloves, rakes, and clippers if they have them. An Earth Day craft for children will take place at the library, and coffee and baked goods will be offered for volunteers. Participants can meet at the library.
