I. Call to Order
II. Contract for NWHCOG for Planning and Zoning
III. Appointments to approve for Recreation Commission
a. John Morrissey and Dan Carr, Interim Chairpersons
b. Susan Allen, Thomas Wilson and Daipai Horace, new members
IV. Approval to negotiate final lease for 440 square feet at 107 Main Street
a. First year at $550/month
b. Year 2 at $600 month, optional for renter
c. Year 3 and 4, optional for town and renter with joint approval of terms.
V. Discussions between Mike Moriarty, Felicia and myself. Thanks to Daly for bringing this to us. All further
developments will be reported to Board.
VI. Request to release remaining funds to FVHT for the IHZ
