c.        Verogy initial proposal-no action at this point but proposed 1.5MW solar panels at town farm, electricity net metering, yearly town electricity cost is approximately $47,000-asked Eversource for assistance on this

d.       Set Town Meeting, accept Town Report, Ok the 5 year reval, the IT expense

e.        Tracey Wilson report on what other towns charge for chip waste.

f.        Town Forum on use of ARPA funding, defer until King and Associates report

g.       MIRA decision must be made by March.

h.       Owl Pro purchased-awaiting delivery 

i.         Filed for Opiod settlement-

j.         Lock Changing at Town Hall-log will be kept by Linda

k.       Bourneman property totally unsuitable for development.  Sell? Try Page Road

l.         Budget time-ask for speedy requests by 2/15/2022 by all departments.
