d.       Potential of using Town Farm for Solar- Several potential suppliers

e.        Recommendation from BOS to approve recommendation to Town Mtg to take $27000 from the Reserve account 51001380 for the 5 year revaluation

f.        Will need an increase of $2000 for IT line 1002-ws-301.

g.       Composting meeting between 5 towns-Salisbury, Sharon, Cornwall and North Canaan

h.       Need to schedule town meeting for late January-connect with town forum on ARPA?

i.         MIRA decision needs to be made

j.         Purchase of OWL PRO-about $1000-Needs BOF approval or acquiescence-ARPA  

k.       Congratulated AHPTT-BOS will accept or reject 

l.         Received Sustainable CT award giving Town of Canaan Bronze Status

m.     Town Hall keys-security risk- need inventory of who has and hasn’t-cyber issue

n.       Three parties showing potential interest in 35 RR St.

o.       Holiday hours for public works and transfer station- closing at noon on 24th and 31st.
