a.        Grand list has increased 1.36% to $191,195,435 from $188,625,363.

b.       Town submitted a Non-Binding letter of intent to enable us to get into the Eversource lottery which will be held in March. The location would be the Town Farm.  If chosen, not a given, we will have a Town Hearing and a Town Meeting to decide if we want to proceed.  Material has been submitted to BOF/BOS

c.        Bridge Commission meeting with Cardinal Engineering will be held on Thursday and a report will be given to the BOF/BOS by Greg Marlowe, Chair of the committee

d.       Realtor not yet selected, to be discussed at BOS meeting, 

e.        Scheduling a Town Discussion of uses of ARPA funding on Thursday, March 3 at Firehouse

f.        MIRA decision must be made by March.

g.       Budget meetings will start in February

h.       Water issue in town

i.         Broadband discussion at COG
