  1. Discuss and act on proposal by Selectmen and Treasurer on how the Board of Finance would like the Town of Canaan to handle recharacterization of amounts and purposes within Departmental sub-lines.

  1. Discuss and act on Board of Selectmen’s request that in line with the Governor’s Emergency Declaration that we would extend the low interest extension for late tax payments made for the second tax period in the fiscal year 2020-2021.  
  2. Discuss and act on Board of Selectmen’s request we transfer 10% of our per capita Covid relief funds distributed by the state in the total amount of $5,727 to the Torrington Area Health District.
