2) Accept resignation of Joel Jones as Regular Member effective May 8, 2023 at 7:22pm (conclusion of the last Board of Finance Regular Meeting).
3) Appoint a Regular Member to the Board of Finance to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Regular Member Joel Jones, effective immediately - term ending with the November 2023 municipal election.
4) Discuss and set the property tax mil rate for the Town of Canaan for the fiscal year 2023-2024.
