I.                    Call to Order

II.                 Recommend a transfer from the General Fund to the Dog officer fund, number 1018-105 of $6000 to the Board of Finance for recommendation to Town Meeting.  This is to cover ongoing costs for the hoarding and cruelty to animals on Under Mountain Road.  The fund is exhausted. 

III.              Adjournment
