The Falls Village Planning and Zoning Commission will be holding a virtual public hearing on January 25, 2024 to consider adoption of the 2024 Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD). The public hearing will take place at 6:30 PM on that date via the ZOOM platform. At this hearing, interested persons may participate and be heard and written communications will be received. In addition to this electronic (PDF) version, a physical copy of the proposed POCD will soon be on file in the Town Clerk’s office.
